Refund policy

All ticket purchases and event registrations made through Alta Vida Club are final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction on our platform, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds, including but not limited to changes in your availability, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the event experience. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our exclusive events and to ensure that each guest’s reserved place can be properly planned and delivered at the highest level of quality.

Once a ticket is purchased, the funds are immediately allocated toward securing venue spaces, production teams, staffing, instructors, entertainment, vendors, and all other logistical elements required to curate the elevated experiences Alta Vida Club is known for. Because these costs are committed well in advance of each event, refunds cannot be accommodated without compromising the experience promised to all attendees. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you understand these commitments and that you are securing a non-refundable reservation.

In the rare instance that Alta Vida Club is required to reschedule, postpone, or make significant changes to an event due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of nature, venue restrictions or unforeseen emergencies), your ticket will remain valid and transferable to the rescheduled date or to another Alta Vida Club event of equal value. No cash refunds will be issued. Guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled date may be offered a credit to an upcoming event, subject to Alta Vida Club’s discretion.

Alta Vida Club reserves the right to deny entry to any event for individuals who do not comply with our community standards, health, dress code, inappropriate conduct and safety protocols, or venue requirements. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are aware of and agree to abide by these terms, and you release Alta Vida Club from liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from your purchase decision.
