Please arrive on time for check-in and your Aquamat & Mat Pilates session. Our classes begin promptly according to schedule, and late arrivals risk missing their reserved spot. Timing will be sharp. We cannot delay the start of class, as each session follows a carefully curated timeline.

Upon arrival, check in directly with your instructor so they can locate you and guide you to your mat or board as smoothly as possible. This ensures you enjoy the full experience without interruptions.

Each guest will receive one complimentary bite and beverage, available at our designated area. To claim yours, please present the ticket provided to you at check-in.

Tickets are required & without your ticket, we will not be able to serve complimentary items. This helps us ensure every guest enjoys their share of the Alta Vida Club experience.

Our exclusive Goodie Bar will open for Influencers & Talent starting from 11:00 AM and for General Admission guests starting from 11:30 AM. To claim your items, please present the ticket you received at check-in.

At check-in, you’ll also be able to scan a QR code to view the Goodie Bar menu. This ticket is required for redemption. Please know that without it, you will not be able to claim your complimentary goodies.
